Meet Anka
I’m an introverted (INFJ) but energetic person (my Leo nature, perhaps).
I started my work-life as a musician, playing on stages in Europe with a folk band, then became a nurse, teacher, and coach.
My love for truth, depth, and wisdom grew and guided me to seven years of full-time meditation retreat within the Tibetan Buddhist tradition. I received a thorough training in meditation and in the view that supports and underlies it.
Having studied and practiced meditation, yoga, different coaching and somatic methods intensively, I enjoy to work and benefit others in our culture with those very same skills.
This has led me to work with busy people and especially with meditators, mindfulness- and spiritual practitioners who are dealing with the confusion of modern life, health issues, and stress of different kinds.
It has always been obvious that it’s not so easy for many of us to reach the positive states we long for. But it is possible!
I love to witness clients to find beauty, joy and, ease in their own life and world.
