Time is running out and
You feel like you didn’t even take a breath.
Probably you are experiencing:
Waking up on a peaceful saturday morning being immediately upset about the bad turn a conversation took yesterday.
Your thoughts are racing, your emotions exhausting, you feel upset and also emparrassed but there’s no time to rest.
You could get up meditate and reflect to clarify what happened, but you don’t because you have this habit of listening to a podcast instead.
Then you’re getting up facing another weekend that won’t change a thing and just rush by.
I’m sure you have tried
But things are getting in the way.
you hope for
A peaceful mind
and long to:
- slow down
- feel happier
- have more space
- stay connected through the ups and downs of life
- have less self-destructive thoughts and more stability, clarity, and wisdom
- find more relaxed and joyful energy
- come home and allow yourself to be as you are
- find the responses to life that really help
- be more loving and compassionate
- multitask less
- respond to problems in healthy ways
- find comfort in the silence around you
Why is this hard?
It’s hard because
you can’t allow yourself for just a moment to
stop racing!
You might even ask yourself:
„Will I ever be able
to rest? „
Yes you can!
By living in a way that is more connected to the present moment your state of mind, your somatic experience, and this breath will change.
You will notice a growing space of mind, an intimate connection, and a deepening understanding of yourself and others even if your world is fast and flashy.
As you are tapping into your natural inner resources you intuitively check in with yourself, calm your mind, and balance yourself wherever you are.
The more aware you are the more choice you have in anything!
Let me show you how…
But first:
How do I know?
Welcome!
My name is Anka Hoerster. I’m a coach, a nurse, and a meditation teacher. I’ve worked with hundreds of women and men like you after living for 7 years in full-time meditation retreat and completing a bunch of awesome coach trainings.
I’m a high-energy person and passionate about helping people who often feel busy, fearful, and reactive with simple but powerful somatic and meditative skills.
I especially love to help meditators and spiritual practitioners who long to experience the full benefits of their practice in daily life.
The key is not what you do but how you do it.
Coaching
After studying different styles of coaching and teaching yogic and meditative methods, I developed an effective process and wrote training programs about it.
A growing body of modern research and ancient wisdom is proving the same:
Meditative and somatic skills are helping us to
- gain precise awareness of our inner and outer life,
- find macro- and micropractices that uniquely work for us,
- incorporate them into our relationships and days.
This way you can develop and maintain a healthy, energetic body and a calm and clear mind.
Your life will become much more balanced, joyful and sustainable, and your meditation practice, too.
This way you can free yourself from unnecessary stress, live and meditate your way, and begin to enjoy basically everything .
For it to work
Allow things to be as they are because:
What you see you can focus on.
What you focus on can change.
